It’s brutal. I feel like I’m dying. My kids feel like they’re dying.

Do not get Covid while also being responsible for tiny humans who also have it.
And especially, don’t get it when you’re extremely pregnant and can’t take any medicine. I don’t recommended that, either.
Maybe tomorrow will be better.
But today is not better yet.
